Psychological Evaluations and Cost – What are you paying for?

INSIGHTS FROM OUR CEO

Our commitment to delivering comprehensive and high-quality evaluations is reflected in our processes and thorough reports. We believe in the principle that “you get what you pay for,” and our highest costs are a direct result of our specialized expertise, extensive training, and the time invested by our police and public safety psychologists who conduct these evaluations. Through our decades-long journey, we have increasingly been recognized by legislators, psychological and medical professionals, and safety-sensitive professionals like yourselves as experts in this industry. In all we do, we aim to support and improve your agency’s hiring and retention needs. We proudly offer the convenience of nine brick-and-mortar office locations of which expenses increase yearly. Furthermore, we offer virtual tele psych appointments at your discretion. We adhere to the strongest standards and best practices to ensure we provide legally defensible evaluations for our clients across the southeast, including incorporating a new proctoring system into our evaluations to ensure applicant integrity. While the Consumer Price Index has risen 3.4% in the past 12 months, our PEP price has increased 3.1%. It’s important to also recognize our client support team’s value in customer service – scheduling your candidates quickly, giving status updates, and providing reports within five to seven business days. We believe in providing competitive pay and benefits for our professionals and employees in order to deliver quality customer service and reports. As we remain dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service, we are confident that the investment in our pre-employment evaluations and women-owned business will provide long-term benefits for your organization.
