Happy New Year!

INSIGHTS FROM OUR CEO

As we approach 2022, we’ve taken time to reflect on the past year, assess what we have learned, and discuss how we will continue to improve this year. During this period of reflection, we remember that we would not be in our seventeenth year of business without our staff, clinicians, and you. We are thankful and humbled that you continue to trust us to perform your psychological and medical evaluation and support services. We will continue to listen and learn ways to improve so that our relationships will sustain for years to come.

As always, we encourage everyone to put their mental health first for the new year and beyond, especially after an exceptionally challenging couple of years in public safety. We want you to continue being the best version of yourself and know that cultivating a healthy working environment contributes to this success. Offering regular mental health check-ins and annual wellness appointments are a couple of ways departments can support their staff.

FMRT will continue to help with the many public safety demands by providing comprehensive evaluations, training, and support appointments. Throughout 2022, we hope to continue to be your go-to experts, and if there’s anything we can do to support your department better, we want to hear your feedback and ideas. We will continue to advocate for psychological and medical best practices in the Carolinas and maintain high standards to help our safety-sensitive professionals. Cheers to a New Year!
